A likely real Speedster, a now insanely valuable 300SL roadster, a DS decapotable, and what looks like an Isetta 600. Slightly above average traffic quality even in Germany.

They do exist, but they are really rare, like 100k+ rare.
A lot of standard DS have been turned in cabriolets in Germany, either by just removing the top section:

They all had historic vehicle plates. All likely very real autos.

Good point, I think an H plate requires some measure of originality, where in NA you could likely put a fiberglass Speedster body on a 1958 VW platform and get away with a historic or year of manufacture plate.
